Q2: What is the delivery time for orders?

A2: Delivery typically takes 3-30 days, depending on the order quantity.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?

A3: We accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal,  and most major payment methods.

Q6: Are your sales representatives professional?

Q7: What are your payment terms?

A7: For orders under $5,000, full payment is required upfront. Orders over $5,000 require 70% prepayment with the remaining 30% due prior to shipment.

Q8: Do you provide samples?

A8: Yes, we offer free samples, but you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Q9: What shipping methods do you support?

A9: We support mainstream shipping terms, including EXW, FOB , CIF, DDP.

Q10: What international standards do your pipes comply with?

A10: We mainly produce straight seam welded pipes that meet standards such as API 5L (Line Pipe), ASTM A53/A500, EN 10219, and EN 10210, with materials including Gr.B, X42-X70, S235JR, and S355JR.

Q11: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A11: For in-stock specifications, we do not have a strict minimum order quantity; for custom production, the minimum order quantity is usually 5-10 tons (depending on the specific specifications). We support sample orders for quality testing.

Q12: What kind of inspections do you perform on the pipes?

A12: Each pipe undergoes a hydrostatic test. In addition, we can provide ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), and mechanical property tests such as tensile/impact testing, upon customer request.

Q13: Can you provide an MTC (Mill Test Certificate) with the shipment?

A13: Yes, all the steel pipes we supply come with an MTC that conforms to EN 10204 3.1, which records the chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Q14: Which connection type is better for sonic logging pipes, Hydraulic or Threaded?

A14: Hydraulic connection is the fastest to install and is suitable for conventional projects; threaded connection offers the strongest and best sealing performance and is recommended for use on piles deeper than 40 meters.

Q15: What types of surface treatment or coating do you offer?

A15: We offer anti-corrosion treatments such as bare pipe, black paint, hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), 3PE, FBE (epoxy powder), and cement mortar lining.

Q16: How long is your typical delivery time?

A16: Inventory products are typically shipped within 7-10 days; customized orders usually take between 20-30 days, depending on the quantity and production schedule.

Q17: Can you cut the pipes to specific lengths?

A17: Yes. In addition to the standard 5.8m, 6m, 11.8m, and 12m sizes, we offer precision cutting services to meet your specific project size requirements.

Q18: Do the pipes come with beveled ends or plain ends?

A18: By default, thin-walled pipes have plain ends, while thick-walled pipes (such as conduits) usually have 30° beveled ends for easy on-site welding. Plastic caps can also be added upon request.

Q19: Do you support third-party inspections like SGS or BV?

A19: Absolutely. We welcome customers to commission SGS, BV, TUV, or other third-party organizations to inspect the factory and products before shipment.

Q20: How do you protect the pipes from rust and damage during sea shipment?

A20: We employ multiple protective measures: Surface: Coated with anti-corrosion paint or rust-preventive oil. Pipe Ends: Equipped with plastic caps to prevent thread damage or foreign object ingress. Strapping: Secured with high-strength steel strapping, and padded with thickened nylon or wooden blocks at contact points to prevent impact damage. Containers: For bulk cargo transport, thickened woven fabric packaging is provided.

Q21: Can you provide deep processing services beyond standard manufacturing?

A21: Yes, we offer one-stop machining services, including: Machining: Precision cutting, beveling, drilling, and threading. Welding: Welding flanges, couplings, or steel plates. Bending: Cold or hot bending according to drawings.

Q22: What is the tolerance for OD and WT of your steel pipes?

A22: Our production strictly adheres to standard requirements (such as API 5L or ASTM). Typically, outer diameter tolerances are controlled within ±1%, and wall thickness tolerances within ±10% (or more precisely, depending on the specific specifications). If your project requires extremely high precision, please inform us in advance, and we can implement specialized control measures.
